THEMBAKAZI CHAGONDA is the Managing Director of Global Business Solutions and a leading Human Resources consultant on BBBEE and Employment Equity. She holds a Degree in Social Science, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law. Thembi is also an accredited Assessor and Moderator. Thembi is a key advisor to several national and multi-national organisations on their employment equity strategies, policy development and compliance. In 2016 she was appointed a Commissioner representing business in the Employment Equity Commission. Thembi is involved in a number of initiatives to promote transformation in the workplace and education.
ELIZABETH DHLAMINI-KUMALO is Chairperson of the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP) HR Governance Committee, a pioneering structure to build HR Governance nationally. She was an HR Director at several top companies like, Afrox, Woolworths and SandvikAs previous Chairperson of SABPP, she played a key role in the transformation of SABPP, including the adoption of the HR Voice Strategy and the development of the National HR Standards. Elizabeth has a Masters Degree in Management specialising in HR. She is a founding member of the Women’s National Coalition. Under her leadership, SABPP formed the HR Research Institute and has produced nine annual Women’s Reports released on Women’s day every year.
BONANG MOHALE is the CEO of Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA). Bonang was awarded "The Momentum Friendship Blazer" in recognition of  being the first RSA Nation Building Champion in 2015 and was the winner of both the Country (RSA) and SADC Regional ”Titans: Building the Nation” in the 2014 CEO Magazine Awards. He was conferred an honorary professorship in marketing management by the University of Pretoria, where he serves on their advisory council. Bonang was named 2012 IPM CEO of the Year, SA Facilities Management Association 2007 ‘Personality of the Year’ and the BMF’s 1997 Manager of the Year. He has been a guest on numerous international TV, radio and magazine programmes.
SIPHIWE MOYO is an international professional speaker based in South Africa. He applies behavioural science principles and practices in organisations to increase individual and organisational effectiveness. He is an adjunct faculty member at GIBS, Henley and Stellenbosch business schools teaching Organisational Behaviour, Personal Effectiveness and Organisational Change. Siphiwe has held various senior management positions in Corporate South Africa before becoming a full-time speaker and facilitator. He holds a Masters in Business Administration, an Executive Development Programme, a B Comm. (Honours) in People Development and a Bachelor’s Degree (cum laude) in HR. He is the Chairman of the Board at the South African Board for People Practices.
THANDI THANKGE is the Vice Chairperson of the SABPP and the Principal Associate of Catalyst Consulting. She is seasoned practitioner with extensive experience in the HR generalist field, specifically in the areas of Talent Management and Transformation. Thandi is a registered Psychometrist: Independent Practice HPCSA and a registered Master HR Professional, Generalist, with SABPP. She is a former executive of ATNS and serves on the Board of the Road Traffic Management Corporation. Thandi holds a MCom degree in Business Management, and a BA Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology. She has completed an Advanced Programme in Organizational Development, an Advanced Programme in Labour Relations and a National Diploma in Library and Information Services.
THABILE WONCI joined the BMF as its MD from an investment bank where he was responsible for financial reporting, controls and oversight, overall business management and driving the operational strategy for the Sub-Saharan Representative offices. He has over 12 years of corporate experience and brings with him a wealth of knowledge that spans across different industries such as property investment management and banking. Thabile completed his MBA degree at GIBS and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from the same institution. His qualifications also include a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA Strategic Level) and a BCom.
   
JOHN DICKERSON is a independent HR, EE and OD consultant. He has had extensive experience in all aspects of HR in blue chip companies, and was a senior operating partner and director in a high-profile consulting organisation. He has assisted many companies to bring their HR systems and processes in line with best practices. His corporate experience includes employment as Function Head (Training), SA Breweries; HR Director, Gundle Plastics; Group HR Director, GEC SA. His consulting experience includes work with Hay Management Consultants (Director and Head of OD Practice), Garry Whyte Associates (Director), and EES-SIYAKHA (Senior Network Consultant).
THEMBI KGENGWENYANE is the EE, Diversity and Transformation Portfolio Manager at TDCI. Her academic background is in Psychology as well as Industrial Psychology.  Thembi has extensive experience in the fields of organisational excellence, diversity, change, transformation and strategic facilitation. She has designed, developed and presented numerous training programmes and has coordinated various national and international events. She has been involved in many strategic projects utilising collaborative methodologies such as open space technology, appreciative inquiry and cafe conversations. Thembi has also conducted various diversity audits, focus groups and valuation studies.
NAT MBENGWA has a diverse business, human resources and management experience of more than 20 years that spans start-ups, established organizations. He has spearheaded organizational transformation and leading HR functions to an increased effectiveness in various industries. Nat holds a B Admin Honours and MBL degrees. He is a director of EES-SIYAKHA having joined the company in September 2015. Nat is a highly skilled facilitator. He facilitates EE strategy development, the conducting of audits and the development of EE Plans. He also facilitates the institutionalisation of the management of Employment Equity for organisations.
JAN MUNNIK is the founder and MD of EES-SIYAKHA. Jan started off his career in law, and practised at the Bar for over 10 years, specialising in Human Rights, Labour Law and Industrial Relations. He was a respected member of IMSSA, and served on its arbitration, and negotiations and conflict resolution training panels. Jan facilitated the development of The EES Manual, which set an industry standard for the successful implementation of EE transformation. Jan has also developed Equity Pro, the most sophisticated EE planning and monitoring software tool on the market. He has delivered papers at numerous conferences on EE and BEE. Jan consults to a number of prominent organisations and Government institutions.
MARIUS PRETORIUS is the MD of TDCI, and has more than 17 years experience in the field of Development, Consulting and Training. He obtained a Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria as well as Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology from UNISA. He is qualified as a systems-psychodynamic consultant, a NLP practitioner and a hypnotherapist. Marius has done extensive research in the field of diversity and has written several articles on South African Diversity Dynamics. He has been a driving force behind the creation of various National and International events such as “The Diversity Indaba”, “The Adventure Experiential Learning Conference” and "The Robben Island Diversity Experience”.
